Hayley Arkovitz is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a genuine passion for helping individuals who grapple with OCD and anxiety. She gained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and a Master's in Science specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Hayley is well-versed in the cognitive intricacies of OCD and anxiety and her educational journey has been marked by a concentrated emphasis on the most current, evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral approaches, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Throughout her Master's program, Hayley has focused on understanding OCD and anxiety, not only at a clinical level, but also at a personal one. This unique perspective stems from her own experiences with these challenges, providing her with an exceptional depth of empathy and an unwavering commitment to those she supports. Hayley's personal journey enriches her therapeutic approach, giving her the ability to relate to the nuanced experiences of her clients.

A devoted advocate for mental health, Hayley is dedicated to dispelling the myths surrounding OCD and anxiety disorders. She strives to educate the public on the true nature of these conditions, correcting misconceptions and promoting a more informed, compassionate understanding. Online or in-person. I am able to offer extended sessions to allow enough time to practice the therapeutic skills necessary to break free from OCD and Anxiety. Typically, meetings are weekly or twice weekly.

While we are not in-network with any insurance providers, we are able to offer a superbill. This is a bill that provides insurance providers with the diagnosis and session codes necessary for potential reimbursement for a portion or majority of your session fees. Additionally, we are able to offer sliding scale spots on a case-by-case basis. Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss these options.
